Help with my Lyft issue

The Lyft driver never showed up. when I received the alert saying the driver was in the front he was not there. I called him and he said "he do not speak English and hung up the phone"!!! I will not be paying for this Lyft and do not understand how someone does speak english . he was very RUDE and I will like a call back ***-***-****
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
