I have left my cell phone in Lyft vehicle last night. I cannot look up ride information, or driver's name on app. Lyft app wants to verify account, by sending a text, to missing phone. Now I can't access Lyft app at all.*Please email driver's information, or have driver email me, so I can get cell phone returned.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
