I am a LYFT driver. LYFT directions are incorrect * out of ** times. Customers are getting ****ed off and IT IS NOT LYFT DRIVERS FAULT, but incorrect info LYFT is providing to its drivers.please correct this IMMEDIATELY. I should not b responsible for negative comments from customers BECAUSE LYFT DIRECTIONS GOT ME LOST.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
