Help with my Lyft issue
How did GetHuman-jazmynea do it?
Waiting to hear how GetHuman-jazmynea fixed the problem to share with other customers.
I was charged **.** over my original charge because it said I added an extra stop. This brought my total charge to about $***. I didn't add an extra stop, the driver went the wrong way.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
