Recover the fee for a ride that was cancelled by the driver because she was at the WRONG ADDRESS I walked to the gate of my apts. I was late for work because of your DRIVER'S ERROR ... on yesterday I rode with Charlie she was at the wrong address when I received the text that she was outside she was NOT at the correct address she cancelled the ride then U text me did I request a ride I said yes the same lady Charlie arrived again and again she went to the wrong address so I walked to the gate of my apts. and here she is I should NOT be charged twice for a mistake your driver made I use your service a lot also I left my lunch bag with the driver that picked me up on Mon @ *:**am from my job @ **** Distriplex W and dropped me off @ **** Knight Arnold how can I recover it
I was late to work & I had to walk out of my house * the access gate not to a car that was saying she was outside
refunding me my money for a ride that was NOT my fault
You tell me I have been I using your service for years
yes I've tried to call but you know that's not possible I've asked other driver's but they say they don't know how to actually talk to a real person I left a lunch bag with another driver I tried this same process I NEVER received a call back a text you just don't care about the customer
