I don't understand how drivers can cancel a trip without notice to the person waiting. This morning, I was expecting a ride with Esther. It was a ** minute wait. I was not happy and thought about cancelling, but sucked it up an waited. ** minutes came and went, I checked on my driver's location -- only to see there was NO RIDE SCHEDULED!!! No text or anything. I get that Lyft and Uber drivers know that they have the power in this situation - but this *****. Now, I didn't get to take my ride, I'm late for work , and my day is pretty much in the toilet. **Please, if you cannot control the drivers, can you at least find a way to let riders know they are not coming so they can find another driver????**Thank you.
