On may **. I scheduled for a lift to pick me up at the corner of Wigwam & Gibson in Henderson. It said a white honda would be there in approx * min. Never was a white Honda at all. Even when my phone rec'd a message saying she was there, there was no lyft driver in a white Honda nor any lyft driver anywhere. I tried to call the driver it went to voicemail. I tried again, & Miguel found me no problem. I sent a request to make sure I wouldn't be charged for something that wasn't my fault, & it still hasn't been corrected. If it had, I could have taken one more ride before adding more money to my card , but instead i had to walk. I start a new job next week & had planned to use lyft quite a bit. I feel I should be credited, & compensated for your drivers error immediatly
