I had one driver tell me that she couldn’t find us and she cancelled our ride and said we wouldn’t be charge, well I was charged a * dollar fee. Then I tried to get another drive which we called because he drove past us and then hung up on us. Our third attempt now and your driver was driving away from were we were waiting for him. And was charged another * dollar fee. So as of right now I was charged a total of ** dollars. I am not happy with this service and would like answer on what can be done to fix this problem.
