New customer and was supposed to have four, five dollar coupons off of my first four trips. I have taken three trips so far and I'm not sure if I received the discount. Yesterday I took a trip from LAX to NC know which was only ** miles and the cost came to $**. That's excessive! My driver was very nice but I think he either was unsure of the route once we got near the neighborhood and added more miles than if taking a more direct route. Can't say that for sure but it's not the way we take. Regardless, last time I took uber and it was about half the price. I was shocked to get the bill! Do you feel it was excessive and should be adjusted?
