I use Lyft everyday, *I am a nice and conservative rider, generally I don't like to cause problems or create conflict. But **% of my driver's do not speak English. Or not enough to communicate properly. This has caused me to be late to work several times due to drivers not finding my pick up location and of course not answering their phones when I call them because they do not speak enough English to respond back..... This is very annoying and I feel strongly that it should be a requirement to speak the primary language when you hire your employees.**Probably a safety issue really...****Heather Brazill
