I had a driver, Jun Jian, who came all the way to my street and house and when he selected that he was there and it showed him I was going to the airport he cancelled and I had to call an entirely new driver. I am under the impression that it is against Lyft policy for a driver to cancel a ride simply because they do not want to go to the destination. I am very upset and encouraged to stop using Lyft.
