My Lyft driver(Nadeem) *) didn’t know how to get to my destination (** Broad St., NYC), *) drove up & down Manhattan, *) headed West to Holland Tunnel & insisted I had asked for N.J., *) couldn’t communicate & was hard to understand *)didn’t come to the pickup site I had requested & identified on your drawing but was standing in a different place where I had to find him*You charged me $**.** ($**.**) for this ride, which cost me $** on the return trip with a regular yellow cab.*I want a refund ASAP.
GetHuman710155 did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
