I accidentally provided a slightly incorrect address to the driver Tab in Cape Coral FL. I called immidiatly to correct address and the lady Tab was so rude to me about it. I am a tourist not familiar with the location and she wanted me to explain how to get to where I was, like she didn't have a gps or something. She quickly became irritated when all I could provide her with was the correct address. She said she would "open some apps" and be to me soon. ** minutes later she canceled the ride. Very poor experience. I would like the driver to be spoken to atleast about her complete disregard for friendly customer service.
