Where is my money that you took off my card ending in **** ??? My name is Dawn Shepherd and on Mother's Day Eve, I called for a Lyft that NEVER came. You took the money off my card and I was unable to get home due to the lack of funds on my card. You told me it would be returned NO LATER THAN TODAY, MAY **st !!! I was grabbed by a stranger while sitting on a bench at * o'clock a.m. STUCK on the street with no means of going ANYWHERE ! How dare you put me through that ! Refund my **** money, or I WILL SUE YOU for endangerment and falsely taking money from my card and leaving me without the ability to get home !
