According to your email dated ** May ****, my requests been given a number - **********. I was contacted by Carl at Lyft via email and responded via email to the four questions asked. I have NEVER Received a ride via Lyft! I NEED MY MONEY BACK! I still have a couple of bills to pay which are on an auto pay basis. Now that you have been contacted, I can thankfully contact my bank to resolve this matter. This is cyber stealing!
GetHuman704249 did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
