I requested a Lyft at LAX and was assigned a car with a ** minute estimate for pick up. The driver's name was Ali Reza. As we were walking to the pick-up location he called me and asked what city we were going to. I responded Culver City, and he said he would pick us up in less then ** minutes. After about * minutes we received notice that a different driver would arrive in ** minutes. Our feeling is the first driver, for whatever reason, didn't want to take us to where we wanted to go. We were annoyed and just cancelled. We did end up requesting another car which took quite a while to get us because apparently that driver had to drop someone else off before getting us. We are requesting either the fare be waived or reduced based on our having basically been dissed by one driver and having to to wait an inordinate amount of time for a second one. Perhaps we would have been better off just taking a taxi. We were very disappointed with this Lyft experience after a long flight home.
GetHuman-annewayn did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
