I have had three rides today. The GPS has been incorrect on all three. After explaining what the route should be for pickups and destinations all three drivers have gotten me to where I had requested. But I was charged $**.** for a ride that should have been $*.**. I go to Canterfield at Kennesaw at **** Bells Ferry Road to visit with my ** year old mother who is in assisted living. From there I return to **** Fern Valley Road. Please correct the fair. I have used Lyft since January and except for minor errors in destination have been satisfied with the service. Today, however, has been a royal pain.

Took several attempts to figure out how to get to customer service. Correction was made and I received info explaining was prime time meant, but really am only able to know when I request a ride.
Please help with my Lyft issue
