The issue in GetHuman-cherrywe's own words
While on my ride I was told another driver was pickIng me up in a different location. The current driver did not press start on our ride I requested another ride to possibly get him and could not in the end I payed cash for the Lyft an amount that I would not have paid through the app and the driver taking me ** minutes the wrong way NOT towards my house I would like a refund on the cash that was spent and any cancellations
