I ordered Lyft the day before I was to need a ride to the San Jose Airport from Los Altos. The reservation was confirmed for *:** to *:**A.M. the following morning. At *:**A.M. I received a text that the driver was * to ** minutes from my home. I went out to the front of my house with my suitcase and moments later received the following text: "Your Lyft ride has been cancelled as no drivers are available. This happens in rare cases, and we sincerely apologize for letting you down." I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS WAS THE REASON FOR THE LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION! The driver got another last minute requested trip that he*she preferred!*The driver already was near my house. I was in a panic to get to the airport and will NEVER USE LYFT again and will recommend to all my friends and family to do the same!!!
