Get to an interview. ... Lyft had the GALL to charge me TWICE for a horrendous ride in which the driver got lost several times and I had to end up WALKING for the last part of the trip to arrive at my destination.
Driver was lost several times and made me late for an interview.
Issue a refund to my card.
I've been a customer for years and use them frequently.
I've contacted Lyft through their Help center option on their app FOUR TIMES. NO RESPONSE.
I have an issue with Lyft too
