Hi,**I ordered a ride and the driver got here, when I got in the car she said that she set her alerts to take her to South Orange and I was going in the wrong direction so she wasn't going to drive me. I told her I'm sorry but this is what I requested and if she wasn't sure about going in the right direction she could have sent me a text message or called me and asked where I was going to. She said she's not going to go in my direction because that's what she said it too so she cancelled my ride. And now I have to wait another another ** minutes for another driver outside in the pouring rain because I can't get back into my job cuz it's locked. **This is ridiculous I don't understand what I'm paying for if your drivers have the right to just cancel the second I'm already in their car. This is why I ordered the car in advance so that I wouldn't have to stand in the rain and wait. **I wish I could have rated this girl because she's absolutely horrible she even had her boyfriend in the car with her driving around! **I'm so annoyed I had to rush out to meet her because she told me she was here and she was going to be leaving soon just for me to get in the car and have her tell me she wasn't going to take me home after accepting my fair. Her boyfriend was in the car and told me to hurry up and get out.**What can you guys do about this because this is getting really ridiculous I can't believe you have driver's like this.***ORIGINAL PICK UP TIME WAS AROUND ROUGHLY *:** AND THE DRIVER WAS FEMALE.
