I scheduled a ride. It was a ride that I have taken many times before, from school to home. As we got closer to my stop, the driver keep driving. We pass up my stop by a good amount until the driver stopped and said that it was my stop. I showed her clearly on my phone that it was NOT my stop and she agreed that it was NOT my stop. We were * minutes from my address! We VERIFIED that my address was *** S GRAMERCY PL, which is the address I have been using for a long time. We were NOT at the address states. She told me to update my stop but since it was a line I was not able to. Ultimately she told me that there was nothing she could do and I had to get out. I then walked all the way back to my house. This has never been an issue before and certainly never with Uber. I am not happy at all.
