I need to be credited $**.** from my account. I was charged a cancellation fee and a no show fee. I called a lyft at *:** pm on May **th. As usual, the driver could not find the address. The driver calls me from ** miles away saying she is there to pick me up. I told her you are ** miles away from where I am. She told me just cancel and you will not be charged. Of course I was charged twice. I am not kidding, I have more trouble you guys than your competitor.. You need to fix this ASAP.
