Help with my Lyft issue

Charged for cancellation when the driver went to the wrong place to pick me up. Had to summon Lyft again, to the same address, and a driver arrived to pick me up, and subsequently charged me double for the ride. (I think it was the same driver who went to the wrong place to begin with). The driver was acting very peculiar and seemed to be giggling inappropriately and denied that he was the one who went to the wrong location to pick me up. I was charged (in all) $** to drive me *.* miles down the road. Please help!
GetHuman-kaylynn did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
