I want to speak with a person about charges. I have emailed you with no response. I am checking as to where I can file a complaint. I world prefer to would this or with customer service. My compliant is about a trip with one of your drivers (Isaac) on Monday, May *th at *:** AM. I need to speak to a person! I did not authorize the payment and you all have charged me twice for one trip... to a distance that I did not travel.
GetHuman-pastorca did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
