Hector picked us up at *:** on ******* from Hyatt place in Fort Lauderdale to go to the airport. Ride was quoted as $*.** and should have taken ** minutes. He made a wrong turn. Took ** minutes and we were charged $**.**. I contacted customer service and they reduced charged to $*.**. Credit card bill arrived and we were charged an additional $*.** bringing our charge to the original wrong price
