My name is Connie Frederick and I believe someone has used my debit card information for your service because I did not...this will be the second time reaching out. My debit card ends in **** and I have two new charges one **** $*.** and another **** *.** I did not use your services and would like a refund and my debit number removed from your services . I need to know some information as to where these people are being picked up from and taken too. If I do not hear back from someone I am going to report you to the better business bureau and also report fraudulent activity to my bank for use of my card.
