I requested a round trip to the food depot up the street from my house. the driver rode around the corner and headed back to my house saying he didnt have anything in his gps so he wasnt getting paid. he pushed the button on his phone saying he had dropped us off and told me to request another lyft so that he could pick it up and continue to drop us off i got a confirmation that it was paid and he still refused to take us to our destination. when i showed him that the ride was paid he said for us to get out since another driver got the request. i cancelled that ride and told him to take us back to my house. i want to be refunded for both the rides that i was charged and from now on i will use uber i have never had to deal with such foolishness in my life and i cant believe this company allows a driver to tell people to just get out of the car after they have paid
