It was first time using your app trying to see what charges would be to few different locations. At no time did I request to be picked up and all of a sudden being asked if I wanted to cancel ride, I indicated yes since was not looking to be picked up at that time. Now I have $** fee issued by Lyft. I want this credited back to my credit card immediately please. If it is not I will certainly never use your services and will spread the word how your company operates. Have used Uber, never an issue, first time on your app being charged for cancelling a service I never requested. Wonder who I may choose to do business with in the future.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
