I am VERY close to switching to Uber at this point due to the fact that now * times in the past two weeks, I have been on my way to pick someone up and all of a sudden the ride disappears. Sometimes I get a text saying Lyft cancelled the ride and sometimes I don't. I want a refund for all * of these rides. Its NOT okay to do this to drivers. I've read this is a frequent problem with Lyft so if this continues I will be switching to Uber.
