I ordered my first ride with lyft yesterday... When I ordered it, it said ** mins away... * drivers canceled and it kept givin me new times.. **, ** mins away. I was late to pick my son up from school. I ordered a uber, which got to me in * mins. I canceled lyft not even * mins after I requested the ride and you guys took *.** outta my account. I want it refunded immediately. Please and thank you.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
