Help with my Lyft issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-bhallcsr may need:
Account holder name, Email address on account, Phone number on account, and Date of birth
GetHuman-bhallcsr's next move: try the Lyft help center again.
Lyft doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-bhallcsr will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-bhallcsr later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
This issue is not resolved. I’m going to quit the service if you don’t do something. The driver picked me up at the wrong address that I asked to be picked up. And drove off and I got charged * dollar cancellation fee.
GetHuman-bhallcsr did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
