I tried calling a lyft last week but could not get through...got through the driver was too far away and a friend got an uber. ... I thought I cancelled the ride but apparently did not and was charged $*.** to my credit card.
I should not be responsible for this charge becuase I clearly hit the cancel button but I was still charged.
You guys should wave the $*.** fee becuase I use Lyft all the time and generally have liked the service better than Uber. But if this charge does not go away I will no never use Lyft again and call my credit card company and tell them the charge is fraud.
