I was introduced to Lyca by my partner who put £** credit on for me to get bundle M but in trying to do so it took all my credit & left me with *p so then I couldn’t even call lyca due to insignificant funds.my partner then rang customer service for lyca & was told to wait ** hrs then another ** hrs for them to contact me back to say if they would give me the credit I had paid for,in their words a good will gesture.lyca also sent me texts saying it was been looked into & would contact me ASAP & there would be no need to contact them.this was on ***** October & I’d still heard nothing & been without my new phone and having to use my old phone on giffgaff which I called lyca today off to explained myself yet again & was still told they was looking into it & told me to wait another ** hrs & before I could say anything the phone was put down on me.what a terribly run service lyca is.they have robbed me of £** just by me trying to join their mobile network.it is so frustrating & a big inconvenience for me & all these calls we have been making to lyca has cost us even more money & it is the only way to contact them.
