On ********** my family and I went to Pearle Vision by me where we experienced blatant discrimination by the office manager. We went ahead and received our eye exams but by the time we came to the point of picking out our frames, my son and I opted out due to the discrimination from the office manager and the overly priced items they had in that location. My wife and daughter went ahead and placed an order for their frames and lenses. When we was leaving, they were getting ready to close but before we even made home my wife and daughter expressed how they felt very uncomfortable and would just rather cancel the order than to return back to this location. They were closed by the time we made it home, they were closed the next day which was Sunday the **nd and on Monday the **rd, I called the store as soon as they opened to cancel the order and request a refund. I was met with aggressive, ignorant and rude replies from the store manager who refused to cancel the order and refund my money. Then when I filed a complaint online, I stressed the fact that we were clearly discriminated against upon entering the location and that i requested a refund BEFORE the order could even be sent out and I keep getting the same response there, "they don't offer refunds, only exchanges". I do not want an exchange, I do not want to ever do business with this place again and in fact, we don't even want to pick up the glasses due to the ignorance we received! The only reason we even got the frames and lenses we did is because my wife and daughter needs them desperately due to their vision impairments. We have always gone to Lens Crafters, for over **yrs now and have never experienced anything like this. I did my part by requesting a refund BEFORE any losses could be made on any of our parts so I do not understand why I couldn't receive it but they made sure they took their money and filled the lenses ASAP when they realized I was filing complaints. This is unacceptable and if a supervisor in the customer service department could contact me that would be greatly appreciated. I can be reached at ***-***-****, thank you!
