The issue in GetHuman-bigbouje's own words
I purchased a pair of prada sunglasses on September * at the Beverly Center Macy’s women’s department. When I went in to return them the manager argued with me for ** minutes that he had never sold that style on Lina Rosa until the other associate returned and showed him he had already pulled up my receipt and then I followed the guy to the back to get the receipt and when I returned was told by the manager there was a scratch on the lense which was not there when the associate cleared them a half hour before and then was told that there would be no refund or exchange made and that I was to leave the store. So I went downstairs to Macy’s men’s store where they returned the Prada sunglasses for two pair of Armani exchange one pair of which where to be final sale but the other pair could be returned and I was given the remaining balance of the Prada’s in cash, $*.**, which was my original form of payment. Now I go in to return the one pair that can be returned, and just so I had I took a video and pictures of the sunglasses not having a single scratch on them anywhere before I went in to the store. I was told that the only person who could do returns wouldn’t be back for **-** minutes so I was told that I could leave the pair with the associate which I did and when I went back to see the manager, I saw another woman there with my glasses in her hands and then lay them down and walk off. I was then told by the manager that they wouldn’t be able to return them because of a scratch on the lense which is a bold face lie, she put that scratch on the lense and I can prove it there was not a single scratch on them when I put them in there case and and walked into the store but now for the second time I leave my glasses with a sunglass hut associate come back and whatta know they have a scratch on them. This is absolutely ridiculous. I spent $*** on two pair of ****** sunglasses and have gotten both but disrespectful attitudes from your employees the pair that didn’t say final sale those are the ones that the scratch magically just appeared out of nowhere. Unless I’m given a refund I’m pursuing a lawsuit against sunglass hut and my sugar daddy is a very prominent mass tort attorney in Beverly Hills who would love to make a big to do about sunglass hut intentionally ripping off customers because they don’t want to give out a refund. This isn’t about the money it’s about the principle of it and that your company is wrong for doing this and I will see to it one way or another that something is done about this now.
GetHuman-bigbouje did not yet indicate what Luxottica should do to make this right.
