The issue in GetHuman-mjclay's own words
Went to Sunglass Hut store ***** in Columbus, Ga on *******. My sunglasses were slightly bent. I asked the salesman (Kedar) if he could fix them. He took my sunglasses and began tugging and bending the handles and I watched as he rough handled my sunglasses. One of the handles came off and he frantically scuffled to find tools to try to fix it. He later came over to me asking me how old my sunglasses were and said he didn't break them that the glue wasn't working properly. I asked what they were going to do to resolve the problem and he said he would contact his manager. The manager was out of town and wouldn't return until Wednesday. Columbus is * hours away from my house and they requested that I come back to the mall on Wednesday when the manager returned. I told them that was unacceptable and asked if I could speak to the manager. The manager declined speaking with me. So my Versace sunglasses were returned to me broken. Kedar tried some glue which did not hold. I'm livid with this whole experience. They didn't even offer to give me another pair of sunglasses. I can't believe that if a manager is out of town the whole operation is stagnant . I have purchased several sunglasses to include burberry, versace, tori burch, dulce and gabanna. Customer service was unacceptable and I had to drive home with a broken pair of sunglasses with no resolution, only to call an *** number that was invalid. I'm almost certain I will not purchase another pair of sunglasses if this is how the company operates.**Melody Clay****-***-****
