After an almost * month ordeal of ordering replacement Ray Ban sunglass lenses I finally recieved the lenses and they were completely the wrong color and size!!!

I am beyond frustrated with the customer service I have received. I ordered and paid for a replacement pair of Ray Ban sunglass lenses May **th. About a month and a half later I call because I never received them or heard anything from them. Then I come to find out that they are now out of stock and on backorder with no definite answer of when they would restock and be able to ship. Super frustrating that nobody tried to contact me to let me know that they were out of stock. They supposedly then proceeded to order me another pair and after about another month I call without hearing anything from Luxottica. Again nothing shipped and they told me they had them now in stock. The first person I talked to said she couldn't find my order number and then she some how got disconnected. But when I called again they some how were able to find it. So after going through the hassle of talking to so many people and talking to a supervisor they finally order me another pair. It is now August **th and I finally received the lenses and they are completely the wrong color and size. This has hands down been the worst customer service I have ever had. I would still like to get the replacement lenses and can't imagine the hassle it is going to be to have to return and reorder another pair. I have pictures of the lenses they sent me and my sunglasses to compare but there is no way to attach or copy and paste in this feed. The description of the lenses I was supposed to receive is:**Style **** size *** *color ****M*
GetHuman-perrysta did not yet indicate what Luxottica should do to make this right.
