The issue in GetHuman-zenr's own words
Bought a pair of glasses on ******* from LensCrafters store **** Coral Springs,Florida.*My receipt * ********Passed the ** day refund period. Around the end of April the glasses showed smear marks on both lenses. Took them back to the store yesterday. I paid my $**.** copay as I had purchased the protection plan. Waited over * hours in the store while they replaced the lenses. I can visually see the specks all over both lenses. I am very upset and do not trust LensCrafters anymore. I also recommended my roomate to LensCrafters and her glasses are the same. Had them redone as well yesterday. She will go back next week to get them redone. I am upset and would like a refund or a partial refund so I can go somewhere else. What a horrible experience! !!!!!!
