I am canceling service and we want no more programs for David Stealy, **** Rd. **.*, Cortez, Co. *****. I am his wife and he has suffered a second stroke and his vision, speech and memory is now impaired. I was not aware that he was going to be charged $**.** plus $*.** on his Capital One credit card and now I get the bill and the above charge is on it. Please cancel all service and charges immediately. Order *MX*BOXOLIL. Please advise me at *****@***.com.
