I had a free trial. The trial ended and a charge was attempted on my card, a card which had been compromised and canceled. In the meantime, I decided to get a year subscription, and I put it on my new card. Then the ** dollar monthly charge—which was originally charged to canceled card— also applied. I am wanting the ** $ plus monthly charge reversed but the yearly subscription kept. I also need to be sure I will not incur the monthly charge in subsequent months. Can you help me out? The $**,** charge I want to reverse is MXFB**M*D* Ducument* *************The yearly subscription is O* MXFB**L*FL*Document. ************. Please help me out. I want the one-time charge of the yearly subscription.
