I actually just wrote before about wanting a refund for * months after I was charged for * months all at once. I just realized I was charged for * months where I wasn't unable to use the service after a change in my credit situation. I dont feel it's fair to pay for a service I didn't use and would like a refund for the * months I didn't use the service please.*Thank you for getting back to me quickly
