I paid **.** for it on Aug **th ****. Order * ********. I also turned off auto renew. It worked on Aug **th so I could play the premium games. Then on Aug **th and today I can only play the free games.. ... I signed up for lumosity yesterday and paid the yearly fee. I was able to play the premium games yesterday. today it is just giving me the free games and saying for me to pay if i want to play the premium games. They may lose me as a potential customer because if Lumosity does not fix this I will argue this charge when my statement comes and find another set of games from a different company to play.
By fixing the error so I have the premium games and I will probably be a long term customer.
I just started with lumosity. Love the games but if I keep having trouble I will find another company.

I had signed up under my Aol email acct and I tried to play the games under my Gmail acct. Once I signed in under my Aol acct it worked.
