I wish to cancel my subscription with Lumosity. I have not used this product in at least *-* months. I would like my $**.** back. The e-mail address you on file for me is not longer in service. Did you send a reminder to me at that address? If you did, then it came back to you as not deliverable.
GetHuman-lalicecc did not yet indicate what Lumosity should do to make this right.
