Help with my Lumosity issue

my son who was the account holder passed away - the account is on auto pay and all his bank accounts and credit cards are closed down. i like to cancel the account and get the refund for the balance paid - his email was *****@***.com for the account. my eamil is *****@***.com
GetHuman-padualim did not yet indicate what Lumosity should do to make this right.
