To: Customer Service **I am furious as I see your company has charged me a fourth payment without my authorization. I was extremely clear the last time I spoke with your representative that I wanted him to remove my account number from your records and not charge me anything. **The reason for this is I never received the proper matte and or color foundation per my request. I also mentioned I needed to receive them first before using my trial period.**The fact that your company has completely ignored my request to remove my account and personal information AND used my account without my authorization is absolutely intolerable!! **Furthermore I have alerted my bank and for starters they will be taking action to flag your company as fraudulent. **Please refund the three charges of $**.** you processed at three separate times---on December **th ****, January **st ****, and today February **th, ****...AND another charge for $*.** on February **th, ****. **This is truly a major inconvenience for me as I also mentioned to your representative that I'm currently dealing with major health issues...and I'm currently not working due to that reason. The gentleman apologized for the payment taken from my account, and refunded me the amount. **He gave me his word that he would extend my trial period AFTER I received the correct product in the right color and matte finish instead of the gloss. The plan I agreed to was that he was going to follow up with me in December after sending me the correct product. **That NEVER happened!!! Instead I received fraudulent activities on my account and a couple of bottles of product that were randomly sent a couple of weeks ago...still not the right color or matte. I'm beyond upset and disappointed! **I had every intention of paying for your products once I used the correct and appropriate product during the trial period. But I never had that opportunity. Please refund the funds for the total sum of $***.** as soon as possible!
