Not valid after i talk to customer service on the January * whom also told me that my order was sent back to the warehouse, reason being UPS was the actual carrier. I got the same tracking* different carrier. This was not valid and now my shipment is on hold and I've got *, * days in a row, we will put you on the call list. Am I gonna get my package? And when?
