Dear Lulu's representative, I came across an advertisement for a green dress on your Instagram page that I adored. I spent hours scouring your website to find it, feeling utterly determined. I was enamored by the dress, even sharing it with my family. However, upon finally locating it, I was disappointed. The dress was not what I expected from the Instagram post; it was a letdown. I had built up so much anticipation for this dress that the reality left me crestfallen. I had high hopes for it and had even planned around it, so the disparity hit me hard. After a long day at school, I came home excited to purchase the dress, only to be met with something completely different. I may have reacted emotionally, but it's understandable given the significance the dress had taken on in my mind. I hope you understand my disappointment. I received a mixed shipment of "Loving Others Brings God Into Our Lives" and "In the Closets of Our Minds There is Love." There were 64 copies of Order [redacted] and [redacted] copies of [redacted]. My initial LuLu order was short by 20 books, but you rectified the mistake. The order was actually for [redacted] of each book. Please correct this error promptly.
