I am from Kentucky. I went to order a limited edition pair of pants for my sister and I, and they were sold out. So I talked to a representative on the chat online and she gave me stores in which had our sizes (** and **) one in Maryland and one in California. The woman in Maryland was awesome, I got my pants for my sister. Here it is ** days later and I still haven’t received my pants from the store in California. I called to see if they could track them for me because I never got an email. I was put on hold for over ** minutes. I was told I would be called back within an hour. I never received that phone call back within * hours so I called back again and spoke to the woman whom I originally ordered the pants from. She couldn’t find anything in her system at all. All they could offer me was my refund. I’m a devoted customer to this brand, tell all of my peers about how awesome this company is. And then this happened. I went through great lengths to get theses for them to “disappear”. And all I was offered was my money back. I’m extremely upset. And Lululemon just lost a great customer.
I trust that Lululemon Athletica will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
