Good day**I have an issue for my refund. *I purchased a Ticket from Lufthansa travelling from Montreal to Tehran before *th of May ****. But I could not use the ticket as the Flight has cancelled ** times by Lufthansa due to Covid** Pandemic. My ticket purchased with Master Card credit Card issued by bank in Dubai. In the meantime my card has expired and I do not have any further relation with my bank in Dubai as I am no longer living in U.A.E I have asked for ticket refund several times by calling Lufthansa center, but they said that they will refund the money only to the original Credit Card. I have again raised this issue with Lufthansa Service Center and they told me that I have to check this matter with my bank in Dubai. Finally in my last contact with Lufthansa Service Center they have suggested me to write to *****@***.com. *I have an account in another country also Therefore I appreciate I any person can help related to my issue to get back my money.*Regards
